AMRAP in 12 minutes:

25 yard farmers carry, AHAP (break up into teams of 3 or 4, decide on a weight and do work)

Skill:

Rope climb

WOD:

3 rounds for time:

20 slam ball cleans, 50/40lbs

2 rope climbs (level III, go legless)

20 butterfly situps 

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.
