Quarantine Cue Up:

-sub ground to overhead with 1 or 2 dumbbells/kettlebells or a pack amounting to approx. the Rx’d weight

-for toes to bar:

—hanging options, (knees 2 elbows, hanging knee raise)

—non-hanging options, lying toes 2 “bar”, (curl ups)
