Conditioning:

3 rounds, each for time. Rest as needed.

Hard start, perform these sprints completely fresh, no warmup

Assault bike, 15/10 cals

WOD:

Alternating movements Emotm for 15 minutes:

Minute one: 15 medball slams, 50/40lbs

Minute two: 15 push-ups

Minute three: 4 cone suicide…

etc, etc.

Post fastest assault bike time and minutes completed to beyond the whiteboard.
