In teams of 3-5, perform as many 25y sled pushes as possible in 12 minutes. 

WOD:

 3 rounds for reps/cals , Fight Gone Bad style:

Assault bike

Sledge hammer strike, 16/10lbs

Power snatches, 75/55lbs

Wallball, 30/20/14 lbs

Post total reps/cals to beyond the whiteboard.
