Push press, 3 reps emotm for 10 minutes @65% of 1 RM

WOD: 

AMRAP in 12 minutes, increasing by 3 reps each round:

3 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs

3 Box jump, 24/20 inches 

6 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs

6  Box jumps, 24/20 inches

9 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs

9 box jumps, 24/20 inches…etc
