Speed:

In teams of 3-5, complete as much distance as possible in 12 minutes:

20y sled push, +90/45lbs

WOD:

Amrap in 15 minutes:

14 grappling shoot throughs

7 toes 2 bar

14 alternating split jumps, (jumping lunges)

2 odd object over the shoulder cleans, (d-ball, stone, or sandbag, share as necessary)

Post sled distance and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
