Assault bike challenge:

After warmup, each athlete will complete 1 minute on the assault bike for max cals, male/female winners from each class receive a free fitaid or kill cliff

Cycle heats as necessary

WOD:

Tabata

Over the shoulder sandbag, d ball or stone cleans, AHAP

Single leg vertical push offs, 24/20 inches

Abmat sit-ups

Lateral cone touches, 5 yards

Post cals and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
