Strength:

Barbell back rack step up, 8-8-8-8-8, 20/16inches , (4 each leg)

WOD:

4 three minute amraps, with one minute of rest between, starting from the top each round:

3 burpee box jump overs, 24/20 inches

6 medball slams, 50/40lbs

9 air squats

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
