Conditioning:

Teams go 3-4, coach counts down each round. Focus is technique and speed.

Head to head:

7 rounds each for time:

7 medball cleans, 30/20lbs

1 t-drill

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 one arm alternating kettlebells swings, 1.5/1 pood

20 Russian twists, 1.5/1 pood

10 candlesticks

Post times and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
