Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:

Alternating Death by:

1 burpee

2 wallballs, 20/14lbs

3 burpees

4 wallballs, 20/14lbs

5 burpees

6 wallballs, 20/14lbs

7 burpees

8 wallballs, 20/14lbs

…etc.

Alternating movements, until the assigned reps cannot be completed in the minute.
