WOD:

For 4 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
5 hang
power snatches, 95/65lbs

5 push-ups

5 pull-ups

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

Post loads and rounds reps to beyond the whiteboard.
