In teams of 3-5, AMRAP in 12 minutes:

25y Low bar sled push, +45/25lbs

WOD:

Four 3 minute rounds, with 1 minute rest between:

10 Alternating Dumbbell snatches, 50/35lbs

7 Toes 2 Bar

Post loads and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.

Fuel the dragon challenge:

Three 700m ski erg sprints , yours and your partners total times are your score. 2 minutes rest between attempts.
