500m row/ski

21/14 cal assault bike

*pick your poison, first come first serve. Stick with 1 machine, 2 minutes rest between attempts

WOD:

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time:

1 arm dumbbell thruster, 50/35lbs, (switch arms as needed)

Russian twists, 20/14 lbs
