Conditioning:

Tailpipe Melee:

In teams of 2, perform one 3 minute round at each station, switching roles after 90 seconds in. Your teams score is your total calories, athletes may only work while object(s) are being held. There is a one minute rest between stations.

Station 1:

Assault bike calories

Over head plate hold, 45/25lbs

*in the case of a class over 18 athletes, double up on the rowers
