WOD:

In teams of 2 accumulate as many cals/ reps as possible alternating stations every 2 minutes.

4 rounds for reps:

Calorie Row

Vs.

4 bar muscle ups (scale number or to jumping bar muscle ups as needed)

8 box jump overs, 24/20 inches

Post muscle up progress and total cals/reps to beyond the whiteboard.
