Strength:

Snatch, 1-1-1-1-1

WOD:

Death by burpees*

1 on the first minute, 2 on the second minute, 3 on the 3rd minute etc. continuing as long as possible.

*athletes completing minute twenty will receive a free shirt of the athletes choice

After tap out, complete 10 hollow rocks a minute, increasing by 10 each minute until final athlete finishes.
