Team Conditioning:

Alternating team Tabata

In teams of 3, alternate through 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 12 minutes:

Assault bike or runner, (full send is expected)

WOD:

Amrap in 15 minutes:

2 wall walkers, (or 10ft handstand walk)

4 elevated feet ring rows

8 box jumps, 30/24 inches

Post cals and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
