WOD 01.17.19

Strength:

1 snatch balance +2 overhead squats, 1-1-1-1-1

WOD:

As many reps as possible in 12 minutes:

2 pistols

2 burpees

4 pistols

4 burpees

6 pistols

6 burpees

8 pistols

8 burpees…etc, adding 2 reps to each movement each round

Post loads and total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
