WOD:

In teams of two, with one athlete working at a time, cap of 10 reps/cals per “turn”

For time:

100 split jumps, ( jumping lunges)

100 one arm dumbbell thrusters, 50/35 lbs

100 grappling sit throughs

100 machine cals, (bike preferred)

100 power snatches, 75/55lbs

100 bar facing burpees

Post times to beyond the whiteboard.
