Conditioning:

Head to head, coach starts each round

4 rounds, each for time:

80y shuttle run, (20y x 4, touch lines)

15/10 assault bike calories, (in classes over 20 athletes, incorporate ski ergs to keep teams at 4 or less)

WOD:

Amrap in 12 minutes:

14 alternating dumbbell power snatches, 50/35lbs

7 pull-ups
