20 yard farmers carry

AHAP with 1 minutes rest between

*use dumbbells, kettlebells, farmers carry handles, etc

WOD:

5 rounds for time:

20 overhead walking lunges, 95/65lbs

10 alternate grip knees 2 elbows*

*try to get upside down on the K2E’s, think rope climb positions
