In teams of 2, 18 minute AMRAP:

Athlete 1:

Barbell front rack, 135/95lbs*

Athlete 2:

3 medball slams

6 burpees

9 sit-ups

Post loads and times to beyond the whiteboard.

*reps are accumulated by “athlete 2”, in order for athlete 2 to work, “athlete 1” must front rack bar. Switch as necessary, barbell must be front racked for work to continue.
