In teams of two, perform AMRAP in 20 minutes with a 1 mile* buy in:

17 back squats, 225/155lbs

76 double unders

*begin the AMRAP with a 1 mile run done as a team. Once both athletes have completed their mile, the AMRAP will be performed in the remaining time

One athlete working at a time, divide the work as necessary.
