Close Grip Bench Press 8-8-8-8-8, (superset with 8 easy ring rows)

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 mins of:
5 Medicine Ball Slams, 50/40 lbs
7 Ring Dips
9 AbMat Sit-ups
