Strength:

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5, after each set perform 5 high box jumps

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
8 Medicine Ball Slams, 50/40 lbs
12 Walking Lunges, 50/40 lbs
8 Burpees

Post loads and round a to beyond the whiteboard.
