The CrossFit community is rallying in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Coach Jake Goodchild’s home town was hit hard.

@ashecrossfit and Elevation Health, PC — a unique combination of a CrossFit gym and direct primary care clinic – have been hit hard, losing equipment and resources.

Even after the devastation, they continue to serve their community by providing essential medical care, and hiking into remote areas to deliver supplies and assist with rescue efforts.

Now, they need our help.

Physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, basic supplies, and volunteers are all urgently needed to support their relief efforts. Ashe CrossFit is assessing its community’s physical and medical needs and can connect people to where help is needed most.
