The ODPS 9/11 Climb is a fitness event organized in partnership with the Ohio Department of Public Safety to honor the 412 first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice following the events of September 11, 2001.
Perform 41 minutes and 20 seconds of physical movement that you choose in honor of the 412 first responders that lost their lives on 9/11.
The Standard workout is:
In 41:20 perform as many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) of
100 box step ups (20″)
20 burpees
30 sit ups
40 air squats
Post rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
