Strongman:

In teams of 3-5, 1 athlete working at a time:

Complete as many round as possible in 13 minutes:

3 D ball/stone/sandbag over the shoulder, AHAP

20yard bear crawl, (10 out/10 back)

*L3 athletes handstand walk 10 out, 10y sprint back

WOD:

AMRAP in 14 minutes:

4 alternating devils presses, 50/35lbs

6 toes 2 bar

8 box jumps 30/24 inches

Post loads and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
