Partner Conditioning: 

“Tabata” – Air Bikes : 12 x 30 secs / 30 secs

Tabata Air Bike The Tabata interval is 30 secs of work followed by 30 secs of rest for 12 intervals. Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.

Alternate with your partner every 30 seconds for 12 minutes.

WOD: 

AMRAP 13 mins: Feet Elevated Ring Rows, Ring Push-ups, and Box Jump Overs

Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 mins of:

5 Feet Elevated Ring Rows

7 Ring Push-ups

9 Box Jump Overs, 20/18 in, (clear the obstacle, scale to something you can if necessary)

*Use the box you are jumping over for your feet for both the ring row and ring push-up .

Post reps and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
