Head to head team relay:

In teams of 3-5, amrap in 12 minutes of:

20y farmers carry, AHAP, (begin with and perform 4 Double kettlebell deadlifts every 5 yards)

20y bear crawl or handstand walk

WOD:

5 rounds for tone:

20 One arm dumbbell hang clean and jerks, 50/35 lbs, (partition as necessary)

15 Push-ups

20 Abmat sit-ups

Post rounds and times to beyond the whiteboard.
