7 burpees

1 four cone suicide dril, 5 yards between each  cone 

WOD:
Every minute on the minute complete:
Power Clean – 2 Reps

  1. Double Unders – 10 Reps

*For Power Cleans, go as heavy as possible.

*At the top of every minute perform both Power Cleans and Double Unders. Complete 15 minutes (15 Rounds) of work.
