Speed:
Dive and drive

WOD:
Tabata Switch 20 seconds of work followed by 10 of rest.

Instead of completion of 8 Intervals of same movement as Tabata calls for – Athletes will switch movements after each interval. We will use the following movements/stations:
-Grappling Shoot Thus
-Ball Slams
-Sumo Deadlift Hi-Pull
-Goblet Squats
