2, 20 minute heats with 5 minutes rest in between of CrossFit dodgeball.
When hit with a ball, perform 10 reps of the associated movement; in the last 5 minutes of each round, all balls are burpee balls:
Red Ball: Box Jump, 24/20
Orange Ball: Tire Sit-ups
Blue Ball: Chest to Floor Push-up
Yellow Ball: Air Squats
Black Ball: Burpees
