Classes at 8am, 10am and Noon at elk park across the street on Normandy. 

 Speed:

Every 2min for 10 – full gasser (width of field x4)

WOD:

15 min amrap:

– 20m lunge

– 20m sprint

– 50m burpee broad jump

– 50m sprint

– 100m bear crawl
