WOD 07.23.16

WOD:

In teams of 2, with 1 athlete working at a time:

30 rounds for time*:

5 medball slams, 50/40lbs

3 burpee box jumps, 24/20 inches

1 power clean and jerk, 85% of 1 RM

Every 5th round perform one 20y resistance run per athlete (split large classes into odds and evens) 

Post loads and times to comments.
