WOD: 

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

200m run

14 kettle bell snatches, 1.5/1 pood 

14 overhead lunges, 1.5/1 pood (super tight shoulders, scale to front rack)

Post loads and rounds/reps to beyond the whiteboard.
