Strength:

In teams of 3-5, complete as many stone/sandbag cleans as possible in 10 minutes, 150/125/100/70lbs

WOD:

 AMRAP in 17 minutes:

400m run

15 Push-ups

20 lateral skiers, 24/20 inches 

Post total team reps and rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
