In teams of 2, complete three 9 minute amraps, resting 2 minutes between each WOD. Switch every 90 seconds within the WODs. 

WOD 1:

7 box jumps, 24/20 inches 

WOD 2:

Assault bike calories 

 Vs. 

5 medball slams

7 ghd or tire sit-ups 

WOD 3:

25 yard sled push (for yards)

 Vs.

5 American Kettle bell swings, 1.5/1 pood 

7 air squats

Post total massive amounts of rounds and reps and team to beyond the whiteboard.
