In teams of 3-5, cover as much distance as possible in 12 minutes:

25 yard sled push, +45/25 lbs

WOD:

4 rounds for time:

10 back squats, 155/105 lbs

15 Push-ups

20 Box jump overs, 24/20 inches

Post teams distance and time to beyond the whiteboard.
