Deadlift, 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:
“Slamball Wars”
In teams of 2 or 3:
4 rounds for reps:
20 medball slams 50/40lbs
Versus
Burpees*

*athletes choose opponents and alternate movements. One athlete completes as many burpees as possible while the other completes 20 medball slams, athletes then immediately alternate. Score is the number of burpees completed.
