NSCF has an Intern! Meet Ali

We at NS are pleased to introduce our first intern, Ali Gelman. She has been on board with us since January will be here until May while she attends school for Exercise Science. She is skilled in the art of all things gymnastics and is willing to answer any questions you may have.

A bit about Ali:

I started CrossFit in early 2013, as an effort to ditch my lackluster gym routine. Previously a competitive gymnast, I longed for a community that combined exercise with encouragement, friendly competition and the constant drive to become a better athlete. Not having lifted free weights before, I was easily intimidated, but found comfort in the bodyweight movements I had grown up executing. Since starting CrossFit, I have received my Level 1 Certification as well as my Mobility Certification. My goal is to inspire and encourage athletes to enjoy movement at any level, and live the healthiest life possible.
