On this day New Species Athletes honor Marine Staff Sgt. Mark A. Wojciechowski, 25, of Cincinnati, Ohio; assigned to the 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, 1 Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Pendleton, Calif; died April 30 in Camp Baharia, Iraq, while supporting combat operations.

Also killed was Sgt. James R. McIlvaine, 26, of Olney, Maryland; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, 1 Marine Expeditionary Force, Twentynine Palms, Calif.; died April 30 in Camp Baharia, Iraq, while supporting combat operations.

**We work harder today as it is the very least that we can do to thank these honorable men for their sacrifice and those they left behind.
