		<description><![CDATA[This athlete is demonstrating what we should all be seeking when it comes to holding load overhead.  

At the top of the overhead range of motion (ROM) we should always seek an &quot;ACTIVE&quot; shoulder position, especially with light and moderate load.  As you can see in this picture:
1-the athlete&#039;s arms are fully extended at the top of the movement
2-additionally, her shoulders are as high as possible
3-her head is popped forward (her ear is forward of her arm) which allows for additional ROM **&quot;Clear the Ear&quot; for best overhead ROM
